to list their services, manage orders, and reach customers through our system
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not
agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
For Customers
User Accounts
To use our services, you must create an account. You are responsible for:
- Providing accurate and complete information during registration
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
Ordering Process
When placing an order through our platform:
- You acknowledge that the displayed prices, menus, and availability are subject to change
- You agree to pay the full amount for your order, including applicable taxes, delivery fees, and any
additional charges
- You confirm that the delivery information provided is accurate
- You understand that estimated delivery times are approximations and not guarantees
Payment

SaaS Platform Services
Salt and Savour provides a comprehensive SaaS platform for restaurant partners, including:
- Online listing and menu management capabilities
- Order processing and management system
- Customer interface and ordering system
- Analytics and reporting tools
- Technical infrastructure and support
Restaurant Partner Eligibility and Registration
To become a restaurant partner, you must:
- Operate a legitimate food service business with all required licenses and permits
- Provide accurate business information, including legal name, address, and contact details
- Comply with all applicable food safety and hygiene regulations
- Agree to our restaurant partner agreement and service terms
- Set up a valid payment method for monthly subscription fees
Subscription and Billing
Monthly Recurring Subscription:
- Restaurant partners must pay a monthly subscription fee to maintain their listing on our platform
- Subscription fees are charged automatically at the beginning of each billing cycle
- The subscription grants access to all platform services for the duration of the billing period
- All fees are non-refundable as detailed in our Refund and Cancellation Policy
- Payment must be made through authorized payment methods only
Service Access and Duration
- Upon successful payment, restaurant partners receive immediate access to platform services
- Services remain active for the entire duration of the paid billing period
- Access continues until the end of the current billing cycle even if cancellation is requested
- No partial refunds or prorated charges apply for early cancellation
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the next billing cycle
Restaurant Partner Responsibilities
As a restaurant partner, you are responsible for:
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date menu information, including prices and availability
- Food preparation quality, safety, and compliance with health regulations
- Timely order fulfillment and packaging
- Responding to customer inquiries and complaints through our platform
- Maintaining valid business licenses and insurance coverage
- Ensuring timely payment of monthly subscription fees
- Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
Order Handling and Fulfillment
Restaurant partners agree to:
- Accept or reject orders within the specified timeframe
- Prepare orders according to customer specifications
- Ensure proper food packaging and presentation
- Handle cancellation and refund requests in accordance with platform policies
- Maintain consistent food quality and service standards
Suspension and Termination of Restaurant Services
Salt and Savour reserves the right to suspend or terminate restaurant partner accounts for:
- Non-payment of subscription fees
- Violation of these terms and conditions
- Repeated customer complaints or quality issues
- Fraudulent activities or misrepresentation
- Non-compliance with food safety regulations
- Failure to maintain required licenses or permits
No refunds will be provided upon suspension or termination of services.
Commission and Transaction Fees
In addition to the monthly subscription fee, restaurant partners may be subject to:
- Transaction fees or commission on orders processed through the platform
- Payment processing fees as applicable
- Additional fees for premium features or services
All applicable fees will be clearly communicated in the restaurant partner agreement.
Data and Analytics
Restaurant partners acknowledge that:
- Salt and Savour collects and analyzes order data, customer feedback, and performance metrics
- This data may be used to improve platform services and customer experience
- Aggregated and anonymized data may be used for business intelligence purposes
- Restaurant partners have access to their own performance analytics through the dashboard
General Terms (Applicable to All Users)
Intellectual Property
All content on our platform, including but not limited to logos, text, graphics, and software, is the
property of Salt and Savour or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Users may
not:
- Copy, modify, or distribute platform content without permission
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
- Use our trademarks or branding without authorization
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Salt and Savour shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental,
special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:
- Use or inability to use our services
- Food quality or safety issues (responsibility of restaurant partners)
- Delivery delays or failures
- Payment processing issues
- Data loss or security breaches
- Any unauthorized access to user accounts
Indemnification
Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Salt and Savour from any claims, damages, or expenses arising
from:
- Violation of these terms and conditions
- Violation of any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringement of third-party rights
- User-generated content or actions on the platform
Privacy and Data Protection
Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our services,
you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.
Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time:
- Changes will be posted on our platform with an updated "Last Updated" date
- Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notification
- Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms
- Restaurant partners will receive 30 days notice for changes affecting subscription terms
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the
exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Durg, Chhattisgarh.
