Intellectual Property & Liability
All content on our platform is property of Salt and Savour. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Salt and Savour shall not be liable for indirect damages arising from delivery delays, food quality issues (responsibility of partners), or unauthorized account access.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Durg, Chhattisgarh.
