Order Cancellation
We understand that circumstances may arise that require you to cancel your order. Please note the
following regarding order cancellations:
- Orders can only be cancelled if our restaurant partner approves the cancellation.
- Once the restaurant has begun preparing your order, cancellations may not be possible.
- To request a cancellation, please contact our customer support team immediately.
- The approval of cancellation requests is at the sole discretion of the restaurant partner.
Refund Policy
No refunds will be processed after an order has been placed. This policy is in place due
to the perishable nature of food items and the immediate preparation process that begins once orders are
received.
Exceptions to this policy may be considered in the following situations:
- If the restaurant partner explicitly approves the refund
- In case of non-delivery of the order
- If the delivered items significantly differ from what was ordered
- If food quality or safety issues are reported immediately upon delivery
Refund Process
In the rare event that a refund is approved:
- For credit/debit card payments, refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within
5-7 business days.
- For digital wallet payments, refunds will be processed to the same wallet within 3-5 business days.
- For cash on delivery orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or as store credit, as per
your preference.
Order Issues
If you experience any issues with your order such as:
- Missing items
- Wrong items delivered
- Quality concerns
- Delivery problems

complaints must be registered within 1 hour of delivery for proper consideration.
For Restaurant Partners
SaaS Subscription Services
Salt and Savour operates as a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform that enables restaurant partners to
list their services and receive orders through our system. By subscribing to our platform, restaurant
partners agree to the following terms:
Monthly Subscription Fee
Restaurant partners are required to pay a monthly recurring subscription fee for continued access to our
platform services, which include:
- Listing your restaurant and menu items on our platform
- Order management system access
- Customer reach and marketing exposure
- Technical support and platform maintenance
- Analytics and reporting tools
The subscription fee is charged at the beginning of each billing cycle and grants access to our
platform for the duration of that cycle.
Payment Terms for Restaurant Partners
- Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance on the same date each month
- Payment must be made through the designated payment methods accepted by Salt and Savour
- Failure to pay the subscription fee may result in suspension or termination of platform access
- All fees are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are exclusive of applicable taxes
No Refund Policy for Subscription Fees
All subscription fees paid by restaurant partners are non-refundable. Once payment is
made for a billing cycle:
- No refunds will be issued for any reason, including early termination of services
- No refunds will be provided for unused time within a paid billing period
- No refunds will be given for dissatisfaction with services or change in business circumstances
- Services will continue to be provided until the end of the current paid billing cycle
Service Continuation and Termination
Regarding service access for restaurant partners:
- Services will remain active and accessible for the entire duration of the paid billing period
- Upon cancellation, access will continue until the end of the current billing cycle for which payment
has been made
- No prorated refunds will be issued for partial months of service
- To cancel your subscription, you must provide notice before the next billing cycle begins
- Cancellation requests must be submitted through your restaurant partner dashboard or by contacting
our partner support team
Automatic Renewal
Restaurant partner subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless:
- You cancel your subscription before the renewal date
- Your payment method fails to process successfully
- Your account is suspended or terminated for violation of terms
Price Changes
Salt and Savour reserves the right to modify subscription pricing with:
- At least 30 days advance notice to existing restaurant partners
- New prices will apply from the next billing cycle following the notice period
- Continued use of services after price changes constitutes acceptance of new pricing
